Rita Wolf is a licensed Broker in Manhattan. A Chelsea resident for many years, she now lives in Spanish Harlem, so has first hand knowledge of how both these areas have changed residentially. 2007 was a great year in real estate sales for Rita, in locations from Washington Heights to Battery Park. James made the move to real estate in 2006after 25 years in the bakery business when he discovered that buildings and not rugalach were his true passion. He began his career by making an extensive study of the markets in Manhattan, the Bronx, Harlem, and Queens to gain the knowledge necessary to effectively meet the needs of his clients. Delroy came to NY Living Solutions with a background in business management, which he acquired from his time running a nationwide distribution company. Having grown up in Jamaica, England, and New york, he is familiar with both the neighborhoods of the city and the concerns surrounding moving and finding the right home.
